I am researching the Family of Hugh Maxwell. He was listed in the 1831 Census (Leeds Quebec) as part of a family of 9. (Seven Males  two females) I'm Guessing that is a husband and wife and their seven children. I have found information on four of the descendants. 1. Hugh Maxwell (1821 - 1875)    Married to Jane Gowan    Lived in Inverness, Quebec area    3. James Maxwell (1826 - 1873)    Married to Hannah Hackett    Lived in Inverness, Quebec area 4. William Maxwell    Married to ?    Child Mary Maxwell           Married Alfred Whitcher Are there any decendants out there that belong and can add to this family.
