I have a registration from OPR of Langholm or Stapleton, Dumfries, 29 Sept 1817, that appears to read" Married Lieut David Maxwell and Miss Elisabeth Laurie Daughter of Rev Mr Laurie of Paris Manse". Can anyone identify David and Elisabeth? Who might their fathers have been? I would especially like to identify their children.
