I don't know if you are still checking this posting or not, but I am the great (5's) grand-daughter of Caswell, Sr. who was married to Abigail Cloud.  Caswell, Sr. had two sons (caswell, jr. & silas, who was in the Civil War, just like Caswell,jr. although Silas died in the war.) My line goes from Caswell, Sr. - Caswell, Jr. - Alexander - Carl Frederick, Sr. - to my grandfather.  Let me know if you are still on here and if you have found any clues on Caswell Sr & Abigail?
