I do not have any real evidence,but you might check records in Yell Co. Ar.  There is a possibility that he was a son of John H. Maxwell and Pamelia Sullens Cornelius Maxwell.  I  might be wrong as I have not completed and checked on John's information, His first son Abraham B. Maxwell was my great-great grandfather.
