Maxwell, born 2/27/1791 in Mecklenburg County NC, Married to a Jane (have no maiden name or middle name).  His father was William Maxwell, born 12/7/1756, Chester County PA. was married to Elizabeth Parke on 6/11/1785.  She was born 4/29/1768 in Mecklenburg.
