He died 21 Nov 1909 in Stockton, CA. My great, great, great grandfather was Morgan Maxwell born about 1801 in Athens Co., OH, died 26 Oct 1873 in Berlin Twp., Clinton Co., IA. My great, great, great, great grandfather was John M. Maxwell born about 1771 in Ireland. He died 12 Dec 1818 in Barnesville, Belmont Co., OH. He was married to Nancy about 1796.
