Does anyone recognize this family? Brotherston Maxwell married Susannah Carmantrau in Dublin 1802. Probably had several children - I know of two. RICHARD MAXWELL 1820-1892 Methodist Minister and Martha Domville Maxwell 1825-1890. Richard m. Margaret Cowdy 1855 and had 15 children. RICHARD eventually retired to London with most of his children, one son was RICHARD COWDY MAXWELL Does anyone know who Brotherston's parents were? How did he meet Susannah his French wife? Does the name CARMANTRAU appear anywhere else in Ireland? I would be grateful for any help. ---- Jill
