Hi I cant help much about Colin Maxwell other than like you say he married Louisa Pinnegar nee Baldridge 1919 in Stockton I think . Louise was a widow and had been married to a distant relation of mine Harry Pinnegar who had died in 1916 WW1 . I found an article which said Colin and Louise lived in a house in Stockton that had been a Y Station during the war which was a listening post to intercept radio messages from Submarines and also zeppelins
