Does anybody have any information regarding Maxwells from I believe the Maine 3rd regiment during the civil war?  I can go that far back, but get stuck there.  Can anyone tell me who his parents were?  He fought at the battle of Gettysburg, and he was definitely Maine 3rd regiment.  Can anyone go any further back than that for me?  Any help would be appreciated.
