I am searching for information on Patrick Maxwell. Born August 14th 1883 to Parents Bartholomew ( Bartle ) Maxwell & Rose Gibney. He was born in Ben of Fore, Fore, Countyb Westmeath. Ireland. He appears in the Census of Ireland in 1901 In Ben, Fore West, Westmeath. Bachelor, Aged 18 years. He appears in the Census of Ireland In Fore East, Westmeath. Bachelor Servant in the household of a lady namned Harten / Harton. Family lore states that he later worked for some local Landlord as a servant and fell in love with his daughter and that they later eloped on two horses which were abandoned in Northern Ireland. * One story states that there was a note attached stating they were heading to America and not to try tracing them. He never communicated back home or was ever again heard of etc. If anyone can shed any light on this, i would greatly aprreciate it.
