I have in my tree an Elder John A. Maxwell who came from Cumberland Co. NC and is buried in Calvary, GA.  If you think there is a connection, please e-mail me. I have dob and dod and name of spouse.  Also info on my grandmother Maxwell and her parents who are later generations of Elder John A. Maxwell.  I believe my Maxwell line came from Scotland, but there is always the possibility there is an Ireland connection.
