I am recording various Coats of Arms used in my corner of North East Hampshire.  In Crondall Church there are two Maxwell memorials, both associated with a Henry Maxwell.  Henry appears to bear the Arms of the Maxwells' of Tealing.  His details are that he was the son of James Maxwell MD and Sarah.  He died 22 July 1818 aged 70. He was a wealthy man, he established a school for the village and appears to have left his estate to the Lefroy family, probably a nephew of his late wife, Deborah Jemima (Brydges) BRIDGES. Any assistance in tracing Henry & James' ancestry would be appreciated. Yours aye Stephen
