I am looking for information about Stephen Maxwell, coppersmith and pewterer. I know he entered an apprenticeship in 1763, so I am guessing he was born around 1749. Died 1795. He did business with the owners of enslaved people in the West Indies. I know he was from Morriston and that there are old tunes named for his wife and daughter. Anything else would be good to know. thanks
