I found Robert Riley Maxwell and his family on Ancestry.com in the 1910 census. (Higgins Twp, Latimer, Oklahoma)  I know it's him because all the children's names are right. It shows that the wife's name was Nancy and not Sarah.  Also, two of the neighboring families are Stamps. 

Robert Maxwell died before 1920 in some kind of accident. The wife, Nancy or Sarah, dies 4 months after the 1910 census was taken when she gives birth to twins.  One of the twins, Leona Maxwell, survives. (She was my great grandmother). You can find her and some of the other siblings living with a relative, W.H. Maxwell, in the 1920 federal census in Bilby, Hughes, Oklahoma.

I'm working on finding out more.
