I live in Carroll County, which is right next to Heard and we had kin that did live in Heard although I do not know first names traced back to my gg grandfather.  I know my grandad's name was Bobby Maxwell and his dad's name was Rhudy Payne Maxwell.  I will try to find out back to gg grandfather.  I know for a fact that my gg grandfather is buried in Ephesus at Ephesus Baptist Church which is in Heard County, so it is easy enough to get names.
