Hi Bill! I'm afraid that I am just now getting your response. I'm assuming that this site does not have a notification system? In any event, its great to hear from you and to know that we have relatives out there. I have lost touch with many of my relatives and I have no idea what happened to Earl Maxwell and his son David. I would love to know more about Margaret Carswell (Maxwell) and her family. I was also interested in Joseph and his service in WW1. I have a very nice picture of him in his uniform just before he shipped out. My Grandfather, John C. Maxwell was a very interesting person and I had the pleasure of living with him until his death in 1975. It's been difficult to find information on my Father's side, the Crowe family. They basically took the same route from Lanarkshire - Pennsylvannia - Boone, Iowa and then Gebo, Wyoming. If I can raise the courage and maybe a partner, I might plan a trip to Scotland and try to find out more on our family. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
